Happy Feet at the Children’s Center on this past Saturday went very well. The Club purchased 122 pairs of shoes and 240 pairs of socks. Approximate cost was $3000 ($1500 of which came as a Grant from District). A big thank you to all the Volunteers which included: Tim & Sue Henderson; Dan, Ann & Jennifer Hergenroeder; Ed Happ; John & Linda Whidden; Roslyn Lester; Lisa Medford; Toney & Ginger Mathews (with a friend); Bill Bosse & Granddaughter; Nancy Millette; Alan Coyne; Stan Colquitt; Maury Purcell; Tyler Weaver and John & Marian Abboud. Forgive me if I left anyone out.
Dot Jeger, our Assistant Governor, will be presenting us with a District Grant Check in the amount of $2500 at Monday nights meeting. Thank you Dot. There are still a number or members that have not responded to my query regarding possible attendance at the District Conference on March 11-13. Please respond soon.

Funds raised by the club's "Mini Golf Tournament" were awarded to "Backpack Buddies" and the "Children's Center" at the Monday October 11, meeting. Each organization received a check for $5,700.
