The Veterans Memorial Park in Shelter Cove will be transformed into a Field of Honor with hundreds of U.S. Flags! The Flags for Heroes will be posted in perfect rows and columns, honoring Veterans, First Responders, Military, Educational, Humanitarian, and Home Town Heroes.
 
Each flag represents an individual and tells a story. Flags may be sponsored to honor individuals or groups. The event is the perfect opportunity for all of us to remember and honor those who served to protect our nation and communities, as well as those who make us better human beings.
 
The funds raised will benefit the local charities supported by the Sunset Rotary Club and the Hilton Head Island Veterans Coalition. It is an experience hard to describe, but never to be forgotten.
